In the early 1970s, in a small town of Poitou-Charentes, a series of bloody crimes targeted dark women. The police, who do not believe in the existence of a serial killer, stomp and are powerless to conduct the investigation, giving free rein to the cruelty of the serial killer. From then on, fear sets in, women all dye themselves blonde, the irrational and madness take hold.
